Scaling innovations for health and sustainability worldwide
ARCH is a mission-driven Public Benefit Corporation to amplify impact at the intersection of health and climate.
We partner with innovators, investors, and global institutions to deliver scale-ready and locally-led solutions for a healthier, more resilient future.

We partner with innovators to accelerate their pathway into new markets to scale impact. ARCH works with governments and investors to bridge the gap between pressing climate and health challenges and the innovations best positioned to solve them.

We are curating an investable pipeline of proven climate and health solutions — innovations that have demonstrated impact at a pilot or regional level but need strategic support to scale.

We turn complex data into white papers: clear insights, practical tools, and real-world guidance for social impact actors.

We work with proven innovators who have demonstrated success in tackling climate and health challenges. ARCH helps them refine their models, navigate barriers, and access the capital, partnerships, and markets needed to achieve scale.
We partner with governments to align solutions with national priorities and create enabling policy environments. By bridging the gap between public needs and private innovation, ARCH helps accelerate adoption of scalable solutions.
We engage investors to design risk-adjusted, diversified opportunities that deliver both impact and returns. ARCH curates an investable portfolio of solutions, ensuring resources are directed toward models with evidence, resilience, and measurable outcomes.
We collaborate with accelerators, multilaterals, philanthropies, academic and development institutions to connect expertise, networks, and funding. ARCH builds the connective tissue that turns fragmented efforts into coordinated implementation for systemic impact.
Climate change is one of the greatest threats to human health in the 21st century, already driving heat-related mortality, malnutrition, and the spread of vector-borne diseases. Between 2030 and 2050, an additional 250,000 deaths annually are projected due to malnutrition, malaria, diarrhea, and heat stress, with disproportionate impacts on low- and middle-income countries. The economic costs of these impacts are projected to reach USD 2–4 billion per year by 2030, disproportionately affecting low- and middle-income countries.
At the same time, a wave of innovations—from climate-resilient health systems and clean energy for health facilities to AI-powered data analytics and nature-based solutions—are emerging with transformative potential.
Yet, fewer than 5% of climate-health innovations piloted in LMICs ever reach scale, held back by fragmented systems, financing gaps, and limited policy integration. Despite global climate finance exceeding USD 1.3 trillion in 2023, less than 1% was directed to health-related adaptation. Impact and venture investors often lack visibility on proven, investable climate-health solutions, limiting the flow of capital. Many promising solutions remain stuck in pilot phases, unable to cross the “valley of death” to market uptake.
To unlock their potential, we must connect capital, policy, and markets to build investable
pipelines and ensure innovations scale with speed, efficiency, and impact.
Tackling climate without tackling health leaves millions behind.
ARCH bridges that gap.
